- Cleaning dishes, glasses before buffet opening time.
- Setting up tables with clean linens, plates and utensils, and condiments, re-arranging chairs and tables to accommodate groups.
- Removing any spilled food or beverages near dining areas, serving water, beverages, bread and butter to patrons, refilling buffet counters.
