- maintained constant contact with Chinese customers via Chinese social media app WeChat. It allowed me to receive feedback on our products, provide clients with necessary information, send event invitations and schedule appointments for our loyal customers from mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan on their next trip to Europe.
- gave individual and group lessons to the team of 8 people on using the POS software system that helped to maximize team productivity.
- carried out the cash register closeout and took the cash to the bank for deposit.
- created monthly sales reports for the headquarter in Barcelona. It allowed to analyse which category of clients spent more or less money in past month and come up with new ideas and techniques to boost the sales.
- managed requests, storage and replacement of office supplies that allowed me to keep the track of the monthly budget of the store.
