Responsible for the execution of traffic driving grassroots marketing efforts including local in-store and sell-on-site sales events. Maintaining and leveraging vendor relationships across the market to support intiatives. Working closely with Consumer Marketing leadership to evaluate opportunities and execute on initiatives using week-over-week growth and impressions as measurement criteria. Partner with Go-To-Market on promotional launches to plan and strategize local in-store events tailored to those promotions and locations. Measure results of initiatives designed to drive incremental growth. Assist with the execution of internal and external events.
Vendor Table Days: Work closely with Apple, Google, Samsung, Motorola, and LG, with hopes to add Asus, Otter, Pelican, Hum, mophie, Fitbit to the vendor mix. Events are zero cost and project has provided for a 6% lift week-over-week in growth YTD (146 GA).
Coupon Tracker POC: Provide coupons for all in-store events and street fairs in NEM. Utilization of coupons have provided for an average of 13% lift WoW YTD (74 incremental GA)
NY/NJ/PHI Street Fairs: Utilize existing assets (Premium tents, Mini WOW, Big WOW) for LGR and sponsorship activations. Work closely with Amerifleet and retail leadership for staffing and execution of events. Street Fairs using NEM assets have accounted for a 64% lift WoW YTD (105 incremental GA)
Indirect Support: Work closely with Indirect Marketing Leaders to provide assets and help operationalize Agent events (GO, Street Fairs) based on forecasted and historic ROI calculations.
