I prepare and maintain all Residential Packets and forms for all new customers. Establish and maintain an excellent working relationship with customers, technicians, insurance companies, and vendors.
Answer calls for all incoming jobs, schedule and track job status with technicians, follow-up with customers to schedule time, prepare all handbooks, maps and forms to be taken on job.
Create customer job folders with all required forms, follow-up with insurance adjusters, until completion of work.
I create all invoices, collect and post payments through QuickBooks and make deposits at bank on a daily basis. Prepare and process all payroll.
Prepare all follow-up thank you letters and phone calls with customers to make sure they are happy.
Compile weekly lead reports in Excel, based on where the jobs are coming in from. Track all leads; prepare thank you letters and referral bonus checks to be distributed each week to various plumbers, insurance agents, etc.
Schedule all meetings, travel arrangements and training classes for all department staff and technicians.
