Within a 8 months period (Jan-Jun 2008), I helped develop the first kits in Chinese Traditional in the history of the BitDefender brand --- an action that lead to immediate increase in sales in countries like HK and Taiwan (target constantly achieved). The success of the project led to repeating the process of localization for all later editions of the product
  • managing the relationship with third party providers of e-commerce solutions (ARMS platform from Avangate), for the accounts that I manage
  • creating the business development strategy in the above mentioned territories.
