Manage the Accounts Payable process (receive, process, verify, and reconcile invoices)

•Manage Accounts Receivable/Collections process
•Manage and streamline the W9 and Form 1099 process
•Periodically perform Rent Roll audits by comparing the Rent Roll to actual leases to ensure all new leases, existing leases, and extensions are set up correctly in MRI and utilize this information along with the Operating Budget to assist in CAM calculations

•Trained the Executive Assistant/Admin on the AP process, review their Check Register every week for any errors in coding, allocation, or inaccurate information before submitting
•Prepare the Monthly Funding Request by comparing the approved budget to the actual operating costs, ensuring all capital is accurately recorded, and ensuring that all prior month expenses on hand are included to submit to LionStone Investments to be funded for current month
•Create journal entries before month end to ensure all Sweep Account bookings were captured and included in the Operating Account Balance
•Reconcile tenant inquiries by researching their executed leases, and amendments to ensure all rent charges, and "additional rent charges" such as CAM, and Real Estate Taxes are correct, and provided tenants with necessary backup
•Review Tenant Service Requests and Utility Meter Readings to bill back tenants
•Assist Sr. Accountant with monthly accruals by researching monthly expenses that have been budgeted for but cannot be accrued without an invoice
