Fosters close working relationships with the Management Team and all Business Department/Section Heads in communication, development, follow-up and management Generally advise on regulatory matters to organization.
Assist in correspondence with international suppliers & preparing documentations hard/soft copies for Registration activities (Request Template Prep)
Assisting to ensure compliance to requirement of relevant Licenses, handling issue on product recall related to Medical Device & Drugs – Facilitate, monitor and advise on issues around compliance with corporate and local regulatory including adverse drug reporting, promotional view and product recall management.
Activate participation in GDP & GDPMD – Ensure the quality assurance systems and procedures meet the minimum requirements of the relevant standard and guidelines.
Manages all aspects of day-to-day administrative and operational matters including internal and external for the Managing Director such as taking of messages and handling correspondence.
Liaise closely with Human Resource Manager and all departments in organizing special function/activities for the company and employees.
Responsible for the Managing Director daily official matters such as setting up of appointments and meetings for the Director as requested. Preparing of company official letters, presentations materials and report for MD.
Keeping the MD informed and updated on the progress/outcome of any work / assignment / project given out to respective department and follow up when necessary.
To ensure appropriate systems are processes are developed and maintained to support effective and efficient day to day running of the Directors office.
Providing professional advice, feedback and report on company issues to the Management.
Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures while at the same time adhering to all company and also legislation requirements.
To meet deadlines by planning and forecasting daily, weekly, monthly and yearly task and activity and ensuring smooth delivery of assignment given by the Managing Director.
Acting as point of contact for the company on issues of customers’ complaints in timely and professionally by investigating problems, developing solutions, quick feedbacks, preparing reports and making recommendations to management accordingly.
Contribute to team effort by attending to other official matter as and when required and being instructed by the management from time to time.
