Ø Daily Network Availability report generation for network sites using NMS
Ø Handling & maintenance of Offline Client Desktop and Client Site Infra.
Ø Maintaining and troubleshooting of Local Area Network.
Ø Installation of OS, Offline Internal Application of Client and Offline Server.
Ø Troubleshooting of Network and Local Printer connectivity issues.
Ø Effective Communication and Co-ordination with backend team for issue occurred in internal application of the client.
Ø Configuration & troubleshooting of MS Outlook.
Ø Requirement Gathering Analysis, Preparation of Test Cases, User Acceptance Testing and Implementation Offline application patches at client locations.
Ø Scheduling the deliveries of Infrastructure Hardware/Network equipments viz. Servers, Routers, Switches, PC, Printer and Scanner.
Ø Installation and post installation maintenance of IT infrastructure and network equipment.
Ø Preparation & maintenance of Project specific documents, Standard Operating Procedure for end user, Delivery reports, Sign-Off reports.
Ø Co- Ordination and follow up with OEMs (HP, HCL, Juniper, Emerson UPS)
