As Ray Dalio in his book Principles states:

"An organisation is a machine consisting of two major parts:  culture and people"

Each influences the other as the people who make up the organisation through effective recruitment and management determine the type of culutre it has and the culture that the organisation has will determine the type of people who fit in.

A great organisation has great people and a great culture.

My passion aligns with creating a culture for success ~ success in and amongst ourselves as a synergetic team, success in achieving or exceeding organisational metrics and success in the form of exceeding donor expectations whereby they form an allegiance and loyaty with the Australian Red Cross Blood Services brand and purpose - Life-giving blood, plasma, transplantation and biological products for world-leading health outcomes.
