Dining Room Manager

Duties in this particular role required a bit more attention and time management. I worked hands on with my assistant manager, food and beverage director and other culinary staff to insure great customer satisfaction in our fine dining room in a private country club setting. As appealing to members needs and wants was the most demanding of tasks, it also came with much more responsibility. I was in charge of payroll and scheduling and overall management of 26 employees in my department. I managed our fine dining room and sports bar. I assisted in answering phones, taking resevations, menu production, drink execution, training on many food and beverage topics and providing creative feedback for our menu and special events. I was also in charge of set up and adding that WOW factor to our events. This included production of flower arrangements and larger buffet displays. As tiring and time consuming this role was, I really put 100% into the company and I've gained so much wisdom in doing so.
