■ As primary point-of-contact for 25 contracted trade shows and events, act as advocate for the client, client contractors, the Convention Centers and its internal departments. Work to attain mutually beneficial decisions through negotiation, education and communication.
■ Oversee execution of facility services and event logistics for each assigned event.
■ Consult with all levels of management within the organization on events and execute the implementation of facility services on behalf of the client and client contractors. Ensure that client needs are met and operational policies and procedures are followed.
■ Serve in a client advisory role offering recommendations based on experience.
■ Promote additional services offered by the facility and advocate value-added services.
■ Organize and lead pre-convention meeting with event representatives to ensure client’s needs are fulfilled during the execution of their event from start-to-finish.
